These terms cover Gracia CRM and the Gracia client portal, run by Gracia Makeovers Inc. (“Gracia”, “we”). Your renovation itself is governed by the quote and contract you sign with us; if anything here conflicts with your contract, your contract wins.

Who can use it

Gracia CRM is for Gracia Makeovers Inc.’s own staff. The client portal is for our clients and the people they invite, to follow their own project. Please keep your sign-in link private; anyone with it can see your project.

What’s in the portal

Schedules, photos, documents, selections and messages about your project are provided to keep you informed. Schedules are our best estimate and can move with weather, inspections, deliveries and changes you request; we tell you when they do. Approving a selection or signing a document in the portal is as binding as doing it on paper.

Acceptable use

Don’t try to access projects that aren’t yours, interfere with the service, or upload anything unlawful or harmful. We may suspend access that puts the service or other clients at risk.

Availability

We work to keep the portal available but can’t promise it will never be down. Anything urgent about your project can always reach us by phone or email.
