GraciaCRM, the project system of Gracia Makeovers Inc.

Gracia CRM is the private web application that Gracia Makeovers Inc., a home renovation contractor serving Oakville, Burlington and the surrounding area in Ontario, Canada, uses to run its business. Our staff use it to manage leads, quotes, contracts, schedules, invoices and the projects themselves. Our clients use its client portal to follow their renovation. It is not offered to the public or to other businesses.

What the app does

Keeps every renovation project in one place: the client, the quote, the contract, the schedule, photos, selections, invoices and payments.
Gives each client a private portal to see their schedule, approve finishes, read documents and message our team.
Sends our own emails and texts to our clients, and records our calls with them.
Manages the company’s own online presence, including its two Google Business Profiles.

How Gracia CRM uses Google

Gracia CRM connects only to Google accounts owned by Gracia Makeovers Inc. It asks Google for two permissions, and uses each for one purpose:

Google Business Profile(business.manage): to publish posts and photos to our own Oakville and Burlington business profiles, read reviews left for our business and post our replies, answer questions on our profiles, and read our profiles’ performance (views, calls, direction requests and search terms).
Google Drive (drive.file, files the app creates only): to save a copy of our own quotes, contracts and invoices in a folder in our company Drive. It cannot see any other file in Drive.
